We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. VUOGS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

 

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether VUOGS signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

 

 

 

Taxes (Yep, the liberals want your money for their ‘free stuff’ programs…)

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

 

Typographical Errors (…yes, we have ‘crayon eaters’ here too…)

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, VUOGS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. VUOGS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, VUOGS shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the VUOGS site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

 

We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Grunt’s Grind Return Policy

 Thank you for your interest in purchasing delicious Grunt’s Grind coffee that is exclusively marketed and sold by VUO Gear Store LLC (“VUOGS”). Please read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS page for details about your pending purchase. Our shipping and returns policy is outlined below:

 

Shipping 

If ordered Monday through Friday (except holidays), your order is usually processed the same day. If ordered on the weekend, the next available workday. Coffee is roasted and degassed (about 24 hours), then shipped per your shipping selection.

EXAMPLE: Coffee is ordered on Monday morning, roasted and degassed, packaged on Tuesday, then shipped. If UPS is your selected shipper, they do not include the day of pick up or weekends as shipping days. The US Postal Service does count weekends as shipping days.

Returns 

VUOGS values its customers and offers this returns or exchange policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt and we will work to resolve any concerns regarding your order.

Returned items: 

  • If the incorrect item was shipped, you can ship back to us for an exchange. The product should be unopened and unused, and must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation providing proof of purchase from VUOGS. We will exchange for the proper product at no cost to you.
  • If product has been opened and you request an exchange you will be charged a $15.00 restocking fee on all “Coffee” items.

Please note: 

  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are shipped within 10 days of ship date.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, and a means of tracking to make sure that we have received it.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • Delivery charges are only refundable if we have sent you the wrong order.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

VUO Gear Store General Return Policy 

For accurate and timely service, all returns must have prior authorization from VUO Gear Store LLC (hereinafter “VUO”). To obtain prior authorization, contact the VUO Customer Service department at [email protected]. The follow requirements must be met for all returned products:

 

-Missing items from shipments MUST be reported within 2 business days from date of receipt

-Contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt of product with concerns

-Returned within 21 days of the invoice date or within 10 days of issuance of the Return Authorization Number (RA#), whichever comes first.

-The original invoice number must be provided to obtain an RA#

-Be in the original unopened packaging

-Be free of customer markings and/or stickers; the product must be resaleable

-The RA# must be clearly legible on the outside of the shipping material

 

We are unable to accept for return any product that has been used or where the packaging has been opened. We are not a product repair facility and cannot accept defective merchandise. Defective merchandise is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and handled directly through the manufacturer. Please contact the product manufacturer for more details.

 

 

Restocking Fees*:

 

  • There will be no restocking fee if an item is returned because of our error.
  • All other returns are subject to a 5% to 15% restocking fee, depending upon the item and the specific reason for return. Contact Customer Service to determine the percentage for a return.
  • Returns for items that have been drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and must have prior manufacturer approval.
  • Refused shipments are subject to the following additional restocking fees:
    • First refused shipment = 5% restocking fee
    • Second refused shipment = 10% restocking fee
    • Third refused shipment = 15% restocking fee and purchasing privileges put in review for possible suspension

 

*NFA items are subject to different restocking fees. Please see below.

 

 

NFA Regulated Items:

 

NFA regulated merchandise cancelled before shipment is subject to a 10% restocking fee. NFA regulated merchandise that has been shipped and is being returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

 

Optics / Sights / Mounts:

 

Optics, iron sights, and mounts must be brand new in the package to be eligible for return. If installation has been attempted or completed, returns on these items will not be accepted.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items:

 

Ammunition is not returnable-ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

Additionally, we cannot accept for return the following:

  • clearance items
  • special order merchandise
  • products that have been shipped to a third-party
  • oversized merchandise
  • hygienic products (mouth blown calls)
  • food products
  • safety products
  • hazardous items
  • firearms
  • barrels, uppers etc. if fired

 

 

Shipping Charges:

 

Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is the result of our error or merchandise is damaged in transit.

 

If you receive a damaged shipment, please note this on the freight delivery record and take pictures of the damage (include pictures of the original damaged shipping box, if possible). Please keep all packaging and notify our Customer Service department immediately.

 

Unless excepted above, customer is responsible for all other shipping charges.

 

 

Credit:

 

Our return specialists will issue credit for the return following an inspection, and you will be notified via email if there are any issues or if we are unable to apply credit for the return.
